We love hosting visiting CrossFitters from all over the planet!

We often see travelling CrossFitters dropping into CFIB for sessions and photos with our awesome mural!
Please follow the directions below to ensure that we are able to be prepared for your visit:
  • We only allow visiting athletes who are current members of a CrossFit Affiliate and have been training for a minimum of 3 months. We do this to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality experience to both our existing members and the visiting athletes who train in classes together. Thank you in advance for respecting this matter.
  • Click the links on this page to book your session / purchase a Casual Week pass. You will also be able to fill out the waiver and pay for your session in advance.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can introduce you to our facility and show you where everything is.
