Our TIMETABLE

To maximise results we suggest 2-3 days consecutive training followed by one day of rest.
This ensures proper programming, progression, and physical recovery.

CrossFit classes produce results by effectively combining power lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and other functional fitness movements in 60 minutes. CrossFit is the program of choice for many firefighters, police, Olympians, football players, triathletes, and everyday people looking to achieve elite levels of fitness.

Training sessions at CrossFit Iron Bear are designed improve strength & fitness based on your personal starting ability – meaning that anyone can take part. Sessions focus on proper execution of movements to achieve an all-round level of cardio fitness, strength and stamina – in a challenging, yet extremely enjoyable environment.
