Enjoy a FREE 60 minute training session and see if CrossFit is for you. We run FREE CLASSES every Friday! Click here to sign up and choose the best class time for you.

Step Two:

Beginner Course

Finished your trial and ready to get started? Take advantage of our amazing Beginner Course to gain the fundamentals of CrossFit and put you on the road to success!

Step Three:

General Classes

Hungry for more? If you completed the Beginners class then you are ready for regular CrossFit classes. Visit our pricing page for great membership options and call us to get started.

STEP ONE

STEP 1: FREE 60 MIN INTRODUCTORY CLASS

Join one of our 60/45min classes as a great way for you to experience CrossFit at Iron Bear! Explore our premium facilities, services and coaching methods. Our instructors will demonstrate how CrossFit Iron Bear can safely and effectively help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Both Cardio and CrossFit classes are available for free trials. However, we do recommend our Beginner Course for all new athletes to ensure your CrossFit journey starts with a strong focus on safety and technique. Don’t worry – we always focus on those elements!

This is why we offer all new athletes to CrossFit our 2 week Beginner Course to get accustomed with foundation movements and daily workouts.

Our coaches will get you started towards your goals, training at our premium facility and allow you to immerse yourself within our great community – giving you all the tools you need for success!

For existing CrossFit athletes who do not require the Beginner Course program, simply contact our team to discuss how you can make a smooth transition to CrossFit Iron Bear and our training program.
