General Bio:

Starting Crossfit in 2010 I had no previous sporting background. A year later I was stepping onto the competitive platform! I threw myself into the sport learning everything I could, making sure there was nothing that would catch me off guard both in the sport of fitness and in life.

As a coach I transfer all my knowledge to everyone I teach, I also believe everybody is capable of being the best version of themselves if they do not put limitations on what they believe they can achieve. If you nurture a positive mental attitude it will result in achieving anything both in and out of the gym.

My hobbies outside of the gym are Jiu Jitsu, travel, heavy metal, motor cycles, vintage t shirts, cooking and patting as many dogs as possible. My role as a coach is to make your experiences are as good as mine. The hour you spend with us should be the best one of your day.
