General Bio: As an ex-National Level Swimmer, I have always been in love with training and pushing myself towards new goals. After starting CrossFit in 2013, I instantly fell in love with the programming and knew that this was something I wanted to be a part of long term. I enjoy working with athletes and take a pride in working on efficiency of movement at all levels.

I found CrossFit in 2014 and have never looked back. Competing both personally and in teams, the energy of the sport is amazing and I love working with all levels of athlete to maximise their potential, while having fun gaining new skills.

Recently, I have competed in the sport of Olympic Weight Lifting, with my current goal of making the World Masters Games excitingly within reach!
