General Bio:

I have always had a passion for health and fitness. Growing up I did competitive gymnastics and started coaching gymnastics as a teenager. I continued to coach on and off whenever I could fit it in. I became busy as a registered nurse and mother to 4 kids.

When my youngest, Ari, turned 1, I was struggling to walk up a set of stairs without getting out of breath. I decided I needed to make myself a priority. I wanted to get fit and have some ‘me’ time.

I had seen a couple of friends on Facebook doing CrossFit and I just decided that’s what I’m going to do. I can’t imagine life without CrossFit now.

I love coaching because I love helping athletes young and old on their journey to find themselves. I find it so rewarding when an athlete nails a new skill and develops strength and confidence in themselves.
