Whether you are new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete looking for a new gym in a new town, CrossFit Iron Bear has a program to suit all ages and fitness levels. Improved work capacity across all domains.
Spend 60 minutes training with dedicated athletes of all levels using pull-up bars, Kettlebells, barbells and ropes. At CrossFit Iron Bear, we work on running, jumping, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it was meant to be moved.
We offer 27 CrossFit classes per week and scale movements to build your fitness. CrossFit improves your capacity across all fitness domains; cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy – all while having a great time!
Functional movements performed at high-intensity.
Do you have 45 minutes to dedicate to improving your cardio fitness and transforming your life? Then you have time to join CrossFit Iron Bear’s 15 Cardio classes each week!
Designed to work all aspects of general fitness, our Cardio classes provide the perfect mix of conditioning to help all athletes achieve their goals. Working to improve general health, these classes focus on all the major fitness areas while using our own bodyweight to improve aerobic capacity. The result is a fun, challenging class that works!
Custom programs, tailored to meet your personal goals.
1-1 coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your targets, conduct a functional movement assessment, and design a program to optimise your strengths and eliminate your weaknesses.
1-1 coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time; training for a specific sport or event; have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. Our package prices vary depending on the number and duration of coaching sessions. Initial 1-1 sessions are $75.
