Our Beginners Course is designed for everyone looking to try CrossFit. Catering to ALL levels of fitness, STARTING HERE will launch your CrossFit journey in a fun and safe way.
The course runs for 2 weeks, 3 classes per week on:
Mondays 7.30 pm
Tuesdays 7.30 pm
Thursdays 7:30 pm
