Our Beginners Course is designed for everyone looking to try CrossFit. Catering to ALL levels of fitness, STARTING HERE will launch your CrossFit journey in a fun and safe way.

The course runs for 2 weeks, 3 classes per week on:

  • Mondays 7.30 pm

  • Tuesdays 7.30 pm

  • Thursday 7:30 pm, Final Class Wednesday 7:30pm

Who Is This Course For?

This program is designed for beginners!

 Willing to come to our facility at least 3 days per week for 2 consecutive weeks… Consistency is key!

 Ego Free Zone. This is a place where hard work is respected. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you give 100%
